Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Core Privacy Principles

ZeroTilt creates no user accounts and collects no personal contact information. We do not ask for your email, phone number, or name.

All sensitive user data — specifically including text journals, audio recordings, trading history, and emotional logs — is stored locally on Your device. We do not transmit this content to Our servers.

Types of Data Collected

1. User-Generated Content (Local Storage & Personal Cloud)

Your journal entries, audio notes, and images are stored locally. If You choose to back up Your data, it is stored in Your own personal cloud storage (such as iCloud or Google Drive) which is managed entirely by You. We do not have access to Your personal cloud accounts or the data stored within them.

2. Data for Purchases (RevenueCat)

We only collect anonymous identifiers and purchase history via our service provider (RevenueCat) solely to manage and verify your app subscriptions or lifetime license.

3. Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. This may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, and diagnostic data to help us fix bugs.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Third-Party Service Providers for Payments

We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, to manage in-app purchases, auto-renewing subscriptions, and lifetime licenses. When You make a purchase within the Application, RevenueCat collects certain data necessary to process that transaction. This data may include:

• Purchase history and transaction receipts generated by the App Store.
• Anonymous App User IDs and device identifiers to link Your purchase to Your Apple ID.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. Since Your most sensitive data is stored locally, the security of that data depends on the security of Your Device (e.g., keeping your phone locked).

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
