Important: SmartMsgTimer is a productivity tool designed to help you schedule personal messages for future delivery. This app is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with any messager. You are solely responsible for how you use this automation. We do not condone spamming. By continuing, you agree that we are not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or misuse of this application.
By purchasing a subscription or lifetime license to "SmartMsgTimer Pro", SmartMsgTimer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on devices owned or controlled by you.
SmartMsgTimer Pro features are available through the following purchase options:
Refunds & Management: All payments are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are managed by the user in their Account Settings. SmartMsgTimer does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds directly; all refund requests must be made to Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
Absolute Privacy: Your sensitive data is stored exclusively on your device and, if enabled by you, in your personal cloud storage (iCloud/Google Drive).
SmartMsgTimer does not operate servers that store user content. We will never have access, reading rights, or control over your personal information.

SmartMsgTimer (SMT) is an independent automation tool. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with SmartApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
While we strive for 100% reliability, SMT relies on third-party services and system-level permissions. We do not guarantee that all scheduled messages will be sent successfully. Factors such as network connectivity, device power-saving modes, OS updates, or changes to the SmartApp application may interfere with delivery.
The user is solely responsible for the content of the messages sent and for ensuring that their use of this app complies with SmartApp’s Terms of Service. SMT is not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or any legal repercussions resulting from the misuse of this tool for spamming or harassment.
In no event shall SmartMsgTimer or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to missed communications or loss of data.
All scheduling data is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain backups of your messages or schedules. If you delete the app or clear its data, this information will be permanently lost.
