By purchasing a subscription or lifetime license to "ZeroTilt Pro", ZeroTilt grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on devices owned or controlled by you.
ZeroTilt Pro features are available through the following purchase options:
Refunds & Management: All payments are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are managed by the user in their Account Settings. ZeroTilt does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds directly; all refund requests must be made to Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
Absolute Privacy: Your sensitive data (text notes, audio recordings, screenshots/images) is stored exclusively on your device and, if enabled by you, in your personal cloud storage (iCloud/Google Drive).
ZeroTilt does not operate servers that store user content. We will never have access, reading rights, or control over your personal information, trading strategies, or journal entries.
